Who Is Alana

A life dedicated to healing, leadership & legacy.

Her work exists at the intersection of healing, storytelling, maternal advocacy, mindfulness, entrepreneurship, and community transformation. Through trauma-informed programming, public speaking, wellness initiatives, and grassroots leadership, she has dedicated her life to building spaces rooted in restoration, empowerment, and collective care.

Her work spans nonprofit leadership, healing-centered facilitation, cooperative economics, youth wellness, maternal advocacy, mindfulness education, storytelling, and cultural empowerment.

Helping individuals and communities heal, grow, and reclaim their power through wellness, advocacy, and intentional community care.
